EMILY'S FIRST BIKE RIDE

Tonight was the first time Emily was on a bike....soon we will all be riding together. Emily constantly wanted to look around....and was always trying to see where Noah was....she also kept kicking her feet wanted to go more.

So when our neighbors ask us to watch their cat for them....Noah has a whole different idea...he thinks he will try out everything possible....including the unique pig with the man riding on it....he quickly got off before any damage was done....but of course I had to get a quick photo....

I always find myself having to think of things to do to fill my amazing little sons hands with...all he really needs though are a few objects and his imagination runs wild. Sometimes he thinks he is climbing a huge mountain...when in fact really only standing on a tree stump....or the endless times he tows things...of all types of vehicles and bikes.....not to mention the gas station he runs around here. I love Noah's personality.....as much as at times...it can...almost put me over the edge......he also has the sweetest caring heart....and continually making sure that Emily has plenty of toys...as well as remembers to bring them in the truck for her when we go somewhere in the truck.

Since all the watermelons seem to be seedless these days...Jenaya came up with the great idea of using a kernel of corn and coloring them black...they worked out great.

Kelowna in July

Since we arrived in Kelowna it has been exciting, relaxing and non stop fun. Noah loves playing with his cousins. We have visited a water park, library, friends on the beach, been kayaking, gone fishing, rode on a stream train, rode bikes, jumped on the trampoline, visited all kinds of relatives, been to the Farmer's Market and eaten yummy food since we got here. We are now half way through our trip and are looking forward to the rest of the trip.

Happy July 4th

This year we came up to Canada to celebrate July4th and visit with family. R.D. will be gone to Colorado racing...so we decided to take advantage of this time apart and visit with family in the sun. Emily was thrilled to wear her little dress....but Noah however wasn't as excited and actually fell asleep before the photo...at least I got a picture of the outfit below. I feel blessed to have such a great family and looking forward to our visit.
