Sept 20
Our adventure has begun. After R.D. being away for 4 months in Alaska we realized how important it is to spend time with your family. One thing we all
have or don't have is time. We realize that if we don't make time for the things that are most important in life....the time won't just appear. I
believe that after this adventure we will be a stronger family because of this time together. We may not have much along the way but being together
is more important than anything material.I know we all have a different agenda I am sure...but hopefully as we work and grow together we will all
accomplish what we have set out to do. The picture above is of Emily and Noah getting ready to drop off "HAPPY" at their cousins before heading out. They had mixed feelings for sure.

Sept 20
Today we left Kelowna and headed to Jeff,Jen and DJ's. We had a wonderful night enjoying great company...backyard fire and all.
The kids loved playing with DJ on the playhouse and of course riding bikes in the house in circles around the lower level....ONLY at Jen's and that is why
the kids love it so much....thanks Jen.While we were there Emily said to DJ...you can come to my house and play and Noah said,"Emily our truck is our home now.
"Last but not least....THE JENNY BENNY eggs benedict breakfast....nothing like it. Now on our way to Bellingham.

Sailing Week
I know that Noah will not forget this camp.
First Day..checking out the boats they will sail.
I know that Noah is thinking ...hmmm that's a cool trailer...I wonder how those wheels will work on it.
Emmy always saying...Ta Daaaaaa
I think that hat might be a tad bit big.
The first day was too windy for the kids to go alone so the 2 instructors took out the Hobies
Emmy felt she needed to be sailing too...soon Emmy...soon
That smile says it all.

Bike Parade
Last year Noah did the community bike parade during our summer up in Kelowna. Last yr he decorated his bike with all kinds of Christmas decorations. This year he clearly thought we should step it up. I asked what he would like to do and he said how about a Dolphin....Hmmmm that should be interesting I thought. But like any good Mom I said no problem...and we got to work. Cut the cardboard, bought some spray paint and whuuuuullaaaa...tail and all...he even won the 1st place prize....way to go Noah.
