It was so wonderful to be able to go and visit my best friend Mora and see her oldest daughter become Miss Teen Cayman. So often we makes new friends....but it is rare to find close friends....even a very best friend. Mora and I have been through so much together and thankful we have stayed in touch all of these years....we have been best friends for over 28 years...we live different lifestyles...but somehow that has never changed the way we are as friends....sometimes we just tease each other about the way we do things.....I felt very blessed that she flew me there to see Brooke win the Miss Teen....Brooke is our God daughter.....

This summer has been amazing. Although we missed RD all summer and couldn't wait until he got home....we made the very best of it. The kids and I went to stay in Kelowna with my family. We did the waterpark, waterslides, parks, playgroups, hikes, bikes, beach, visited a chicken farm, skateparks, bike parks, swimming, hot tubbing, and so much more. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful family that actually begged us to come stay with them. The kids loved seeing there cousins and hardly want to move back home. Emily started talking, running and getting about 10 new teeth over the summer. She wants to do everything that her big brother does. Noah still adores Emily....they still fall asleep most nights together holding hands and when they wake up ....he says good morning princess to her...I feel blessed that they are so close. When I ask her if she is Mommy's girl..she says ..NoNo's girl.....she loves her big brother and it shows. At the end of Aug I will take a trip to the Cayman Islands before seeing RD after a long time away..can't wait for that...then we will all go together to North Carolina to visit family.....see the NC mountains and the Carolina coast.
